I was having quite a few problems with my home automation system. It never worked as it was
advertised to do so by another vendor who installed it a few years ago. I was just getting ready to
scrap the whole system since all I was just paying for service calls when something went wrong
and unfortunately nothing every got fixed.

Pride, attention to detail and very cost effective. Previous dealer (from Lutz) installed system for
the previous homeowner. After contacting them numerous times about the system not working
they promised they would be out for repair and failed to keep any appointments.
I was ready to scrap the system and remove it. I decided it was time to look for another Control 4 installation group.
After hiring A to Z Electric Inc, the bird’s nest of wiring was identified, labeled,
streamlined rewired and installed into rack with cooling fans now for the first time the system
works and looks very professional. The owners Tom and Andrew pay close attention to detail
and can program the system to do virtually anything.

There are very few people or companies
that I would ever recommend hiring. A to Z Electric Inc I recommend with 5-stars. Any issues
or changes to programming, they can address remotely and will be there until you the customer
are completely satisfied and happy. His cost pricing is very reasonable, and installations are the
most professional.

It is so great to see that real work ethic can still be found. I am reasonably adept at doing some of
our own repairs, including plumbing and electrical, but I also know what my limits are, and this
was a situation where I needed a professional. Andrew, from A to Z Electric, exhibited superior
work and ethics from day one.

He arrived on time to provide our estimate, was clearly
knowledgeable as to what would be needed to complete the project we wanted, and then
responded to all communications with a promptness that far outshone that of any prior
contractors we have used in recent years. We did have one lower estimate from a young man we
liked, but we found the estimate rather unrealistically low and the young man was not insured
nor bonded. The other two estimates were much higher than the price quoted by A to Z.
Andrew is a soft spoken, polite and congenial man who completed the work diligently, completely and 100% to our satisfaction. In fact, I felt that he went over and beyond our expectations.
At the end of the day, I gave him a bonus because I felt he had more than earned it in light of the hours he put in to assure that everything was working and in good order. I know this review may sound as if I am going overboard, but my wife and I were genuinely fully satisfied and impressed by the work done. I have no reservations in recommending A to Z Electric.
This will most definitely be our go-to company for any future electrical needs.
